You warrant all listings/profiles are accurate, legal, and yours to post. You grant Sikondo a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content publicly.

8. Intellectual Property

Sikondo retains all ownership of the platform and technology. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it publicly, but this does not transfer any Sikondo IP rights to you.

9. Payments

All payments processed through our platform are subject to our payment terms. Fees and charges will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.
