Yes. All identity documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Persona, a leading identity verification provider, for instant checks. Documents uploaded for manual review are accessed only by our compliance team and deleted after verification.
How long does verification take?
Instant checks via Persona typically complete in under 2 minutes. Manual document reviews are processed within 1–2 business days. Business verification reviews take up to 3 business days.
Can I list properties without being verified?
No. To publish listings on Sikondo, agents must complete at least Level 3 (Identity Verification). This is a non-negotiable requirement to protect buyers from fraud.
What if my verification is rejected?
You will receive an email explaining the reason. You can re-submit with the corrected document. If you believe the rejection was in error, contact our support team for a manual review.
